Passengers Cabin

The cabin is one of the most important parts of the armoured vehicle and build by materials to bulletproof which help to stop any of the attacks and threats. Furthermore, the Edges and seams are armoured by utilizing an overlap design system which minimizes gaps and preventing penetration. The ballistic steel panels are covered with cathodic dip painting before installation. through this structure of cabin provide more safety and protecting passengers in any difficult circumstances. The armouring process in the IAV start at the design of heavy-duty suspension system and replace the original equipment which provides covered using high-grade materials. The standard original suspension system will be completely replaced with an engineered-for- purpose high performance suspension system providing constant loading. Battery power The battery power in an armoured vehicle is important to its task success and to the safety of its, for this reason at IAV  Innovate different way to preserve the safety of vehicle Battery and also, the engine control module (ECM) are protected in the same level as armour safeguard with Ballistic Steel as per standards. the design of the IVA offer new way of protection for resources of power batteries are to be protected within steel armoured boxes within the engine compartment against projectiles and splinters. Armoured boxes of battery can be easily removed for maintenance or transportation.

Run Flat System:

The armouring process involves design Run-flat system and IAV design at 50 KM at a speed of 80 KM/H and furthermore, the Run-Flat system capability supplied by Europlast Germany. also, the run flat system is regularly tested according to international standards. The interior armor-frame: The interior armor-frame provides overlap for the large-surface Armor components such as the door armor-plates and the windows, also the Floor mats can protect the interior of the vehicle and the floor of the vehicle is designed to defeat DM 51 Grenade and explosion proof blanket made of ballistic steel. This design help to easily be removed anything that leaves a mark and cleaned, in this way can protect the interior of inside vehicle. also, IAV provide a supportive seat covers, which look great and make driving experience comfortable.

Heavy-duty door hinges:

 the door hinges are one of the most vital parts of the vehicle body. In the IVA manufacture provides specially designed for Heavy-duty door hinges in order to protected endurance heavy weight and also, this aspect helps to conducting effortless maintenance especially the vehicle becomes substantially heavy after redesigned and being armoured and this aspect request a heavy hinge for support and specific steel hinge with at least 3 clasps. the engineering’s at IVA deeply thinking about this matter and providing suitable solutions. furthermore, the IVA design provides hinge mounting points are reinforced both in the pillars and in the doors in a way that the armouring of the door is supported by the armouring of the pillar.

The fuel tanks protection:

in the IVA the design of fuel system provides different way of fuel tanks and fuel pipes protection which helps engineering to conducting their maintenance in easy way at the time of need. Also, the tanks located at under body of the vehicle and armouring level BR7. the design of the IVA provides important way of protection the fuel line hoses will also be protected against blast and projectiles.

Test reports / production liability:

 at the IVA factory all armoured vehicles undergo a range of ballistic tests for reliability and level of protection to meet mandatory standards for all armoured vehicles and at the IVA regularly tested according to international standards test and requirements of armoured vehicles. The vehicle at the IVA factory is equipped with a powerful engine and high quality of materials. All materials used in the production of the cabin were successfully tested against projectiles and explosives by independent laboratories. Test reports can be presented upon request or during a factory visit. The armouring of the vehicle provides protection against a wide range of projectiles and explosives. However, complete protection is not possible for reasons of design and modern military weapon technology.
